Due to our meticulous quality control standards and the fragile nature of our products, we cannot accept returns.

Missing, Incorrect or Damaged Goods

In the rare occasion that your order arrives with missing, incorrect or damaged items, please email support@triggeredbrand.store for assistance. Our customer support representatives are standing by to ensure that our customers are 100% satisfied with our product quality, customer support and delivery.

Wrong Address

We do not offer a refund or reshipment for orders shipped to the wrong address provided by the customer. Please note that we only follow the address that is indicated on the order form.

Returned To Sender

If your order was tagged as “Return To Sender” by the courier due to incorrect address on your order form, we will not be able to offer a Reshipment or Refund. In most instances, returned shipments do not come back to us. This is why it is your responsibility to double-check the information on your order form.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be requested by email before the order shipment has shipped. Once the order has shipped you may not cancel your order.
